Five Stars Every Step of the Way Great customer service every step of the way. Everyone was very helpful and prompt. My only advise is always get a proof with crop marks. We had to adjust the graphics we provided when we saw our proof. An extra step in service would have been to warn us that our graphics may not work, but that's also why you always get a proof with crop marks.
